In this talk, Lauren and Monalisa will make the case for paying a Living Wage and the business benefits of that. They will give a brief introduction to the Living Wage Foundation, how the campaign started, what a living wage is and what the Foundation does, bringing key Case Studies of the Global Living Wage project and some other key global initiatives being worked on.

WEAll became an accredited Living Wage Employer in the UK, and Ontario, Canada, reflecting our commitment and responsibility towards our team. In addition, we worked with relevant organisations across the other locations where we operate to ensure we meet the requirements, regardless of the accreditation process.
